Despite our best efforts, sometimes pieces will just break. We will do everything we can to make it right. If your item breaks within 3 days of arrival, please do the following:
1. Take 2 pictures, one of the piece itself and the other highlighting where it is broken.
2. Email these pictures to geekthehallsstore@gmail.com with your order number and with a brief and detailed description of how it broke.
We will send you a replacement item to the original shipping address to the original purchaser free of charge to US customers. International customers will be responsible for shipping.
We offer this generous replacement policy in the off chance shipping issues.
However, we do reserve the right to ask for more information / evidence and may even ask you to send your broken piece so that we can diagnose and potentially fix the issue.
