How:

For Domestic & International, we primarily ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

When:

Items are dropped off at the post office Monday through Friday. Items are not dropped off Saturday, Sunday or governmnet observed holidays.

Domestic Shipping:

Once your item has arrived at the post office, orders should arrive between 2-5 business days. 

International Shipping:

Once your item has arrived at the post office, orders should arrive between 10-15 business days. 

*Please note that we are not held responsible for delays in shipment once it has been deliver to USPS. We would love for your item to get to you faster, but unfortunately, once it is out of our hands and in the hands of delivery, we have no control.*

We are happy to do our best to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee items will arrive within a specific timeframe on short notice. 

If you need your order to arrive by a certain date please do the following:

1. Let us know the date you need your order by in the notes section when you place your order.

2. Select the appropriate shipping speed for your order. 

• The fastest shipping option offered is USPS priority mail express.
• USPS priority mail and first class package generally take 1-3 business days in the US but can take longer.

Not only do we sell online, but we also love to see you all at conventions! Being from Tennessee, we sale in the Southeastern region of the United States at local events.
